MIKEL OBI PROCEEDS TO CHINA CLUB ON A £140,000 A WEEK PAY

29 year old John Mikel Obi a Nigerian who has been a midfielder at English football club Chelsea since 2006 left the club for Chinese club Tianjin Teda.

During his time with Chelsea Mikel won the Champions League, two Premier League titles and four FA Cups.

According to the Daily Mail, Mikel has put pen to paper on a deal that will see him earn £140,000 a week.

The Celebrity couple, who just had their house warming have both partnered up to launch a new record label named Scene One Records, housed under Scene One Productions by Funke Akindele.
This revelation was made by the lovebirds at their recent housewarming where they also unveiled the artistes that had already been signed up. The artists include Mo’Eazy (who was formerly signed to Darey’s Soul Muzik), Ruby and Pearl (Gemstones), MartinsFeelz and Sonorous. .
According to the couple, their reason for floating the label is to give young promising artists another platform to express and share their gifts to the world.
“Let’s help young and upcoming acts nurture their God given talent, create a platform for them to be seen,” Funke remarked on her suggestion to husband JJC about springing up a record label, knowing fully well his repertoire as a singer and producer.
